Equal parts strategist and storyteller, he brings educators, leaders, and learners together with one question in mind: What if school wasn’t just preparation for life… but a launchpad for lifelong learning?

Phil Evans is a creative with the International Baccalaureate (IB), a global non-profit organization. In his role at the IB he learns alongside schools to design and scale new services and resources, and to tell stories that inspire innovation and positive change. Education by Design describes systems that work to advance agency and a love for learning at the core of any school transformation strategy.

Whether he's workshopping IB expansion strategies across continents, crafting edgy podcast scripts that stay relevant, reflective and sharp but tactfully apolitical, or documenting inspiring practices on location at schools or conferences with multi-camera magic — Phil curates more than content; he curates conversations that matter.
